JPM Stratégie Funds- Change of name
Since 20/06/2008 the JPM Stratégie 25, 70 and 100 funds comply with the Directive 85/611/CEE and are not subject to any limit within the insurance contracts. Within this context, the 3 funds have changed names:

- JPM Stratégie 25 => JPM Stratégie Harmonie
- JPM Stratégie 70 => JPM Stratégie Vivacité
- JPM Stratégie 100 => JPM Stratégie Audace

Portfolio B.P. Belgian Equities - Division of the NAV
Since 13/06/2008, the NAV of the Portfolio B.P. Belgian Equities fund has been divided by 10. The number of subscribed parts will thus be multiplied by 10.

Saint-Honoré Prudence and Saint-Honoré Performance funds
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has proceded to a change in management process and objective, as well as in the margins within the Saint-Honoré Prudence and Saint-Honoré Performance funds. In order to reflect these amendments, the funds change names and ISIN code*:

- Saint-Honoré Prudence => LCF Avisé (ISIN code FR0010628602)
Objective: the fund aims to realise for an investment horizon of 2 years, an outperformance against a new index (80% TEC 5 capitalised in EUR, 15% MSCI World and local currencies and 5% MSCI Europe EUR), with a volatility inferior to 5%.
- Saint-Honoré Performance => LCF Dynamique (ISIN code FR0010628586)
Objective: the fund aims to realise for an investment horizon of 5 years, an outperformance against a new index (20% TEC 5 capitalised in EUR, 60% MSCI World and local currencies and 20% MSCI Europe EUR), with a volatility inferior to 16%.

*These amendments are effective since 30/06/2008, except for the ISIN code that changes on 02/07/2008.
